Who is Fat Vito

Fat Vito is a self taught baker who has been baking since childhood. At a young age he enjoyed making sweet treats for family and friends.

He started his learning process from the best teacher a young boy could have, his Mother. A baker herself, she taught by example. A small station set-up next to her was where he learned hands on. Plus, Fat Vito was not shy about asking questions.

Now, Fat Vito strives to create delicious cakes and goodies by researching how ingredients work with each other in the baking process, so the final product is scrumptious. 

Life is about balance, and baked goods should follow the same rules, according to Fat Vito. He works to maintain a balance of Flavor, Texture and Moisture. Plus, look good too!
